What types of amenities does Highlight Creative Studio offer?We offer a variety of amenities, including event space rental for family milestones, book launches, networking events, and creative gatherings. Am I allowed to bring my pet with me?As much as we love our furry friends, in order to maintain a hypoallergenic environment for our clients, we do not allow pets in our space. If we discover evidence of a pet after your visit you will be charged an additional $500 fee.

How can I book the studio for a session or event?You can book your hourly studio session directly through our acuity booking option on our website.

What is the pricing for booking the studio?The pricing is $85 per hour for productions and event pricing is determined on a case by case basis depending on client needs. Please email hello@highlightcreativestudio.com for specific details.

What is included in the booking?Bookings include access to various high end CB2, Crate and Barrel, and TOV furniture pieces and props, real and faux plants, a two-sided movable wall, an 8 ft. arch, Bluetooth audio, professional lighting equipment, and more.

Are there any membership options available?Yes, we offer membership options that provide discounted booking rates and additional benefits. Members can receive up to 30% off normal booking rates and access to studio equipment and storage.

What is your cancellation policy?All bookings are final and we do not accept cancellations. However, you may reschedule your session within 24 hours to obtain a time slot that works best for you.

Do you provide refunds?We do not issue refunds as per our Studio Policy. In order to proceed with a booking, there will be a “no refunds” consent at checkout. We do, however, have a very flexible studio credit. You are able to claim your full credit through your Mint Room Account 24 hours prior to your booking time

What should I do upon arriving at the studio?Upon arrival, please check in with our staff and familiarize yourself with the space. You can load equipment through the front entrance or the back entrance, depending on your needs.

How do I access the Studio?Prior to your booking, you will be sent a unique code for our electronic lock system. Your code will come with instructions on how to use the keypad.

Is parking available at the studio?Yes, we offer free onsite parking, free street parking, and access to a nearby public parking lot.

Are there any restrictions or rules for using the studio?Yes, we have several guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. These include no smoking inside, handling furniture and props with care, respecting our security measures, and cleaning up after yourself. What if I need assistance during my session or event?Our staff is available to assist you with any needs during your session or event. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for help.

Can I rearrange furniture and props?Yes, furniture and props can be rearranged but must be returned to their original location at the end of your session. Please handle all items with care to avoid damage and fees. DO NOT drag the furniture.

What should I do if I damage props or equipment?In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform our studio owner immediately. Please note that broken or damaged items will be charged on-site or invoiced accordingly. To avoid any unnecessary charges, we encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible. Our studio assistants or manager will check the studio before and after each booking to ensure that everything is in good condition, but your prompt reporting is crucial in helping us maintain our standards and provide the best possible experience for all of our clients

What photography equipment is available at the studio?Our studio is equipped with professional photography gear, including AlienBees B400 Flash Units, heavy-duty combination boom stands, umbrellas, CyberSync Trigger Transmitters, Super White seamless backdrops, Neewer C-Stands, and light reflectors.

Can I bring my own equipment?Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Please ensure it is compatible with our studio setup and inform us of any special requirements in advance.

Does the studio have natural lighting?Yes, the studio has large, long windows that provide ample natural light. The light can be controlled with shades to suit your needs.
